Shipping Policy
Measurement/Quantity:
You are responsible for all measurement quantities. Open4home reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit the quantity of any product or of any purchase.
Delivery:

Claims for shortages or damages must be made upon receipt.

Our drivers are not responsible for unloading shipments.

We charge a $99.00 flat fee for delivery within 20 miles, and $150.00 up to 40 miles.
-
Delivery fee will not be refunded once delivery starts.

Drivers will leave the jobsite after 30 minutes waiting time if there’s no one doing unloading. Delivery fee will not be refunded due to this reason and will be charged again for re-schedule another delivery.

Signature is required upon receipt of the shipment , refusal of signature indicates do not accept this shipment. Driver will take all the cartons back to the warehouse and the delivery fee will not be refunded.
Return Policy
45 Days Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 45 days of delivery/pick up with a valid sales receipt. We reserve the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges.
For all returns:

All returned merchandise must be undamaged and in original condition and packages.

We will not accept any products that are not in the original package and condition.
-
Product return after 45 days will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

It is the installer's responsibility to inspect the flooring for proper color, grade, visible manufacturing defects, damage, or otherwise unsatisfactory appearance.

DO NOT install damage, or visibly unsatisfactory material. Installing a plank constitutes acceptance of its appearance.

After identifying a visible problem, DO NOT open any additional cartons. Contact us immediately.

Returns or exchanges are not permitted on opened boxes or special orders unless the product is defective.

Installed products are considered accepted by Buyer and may not be exchanged or returned for any reason.

Open4home is not responsible for product defect or damage, property damage or lost labor costs due to faulty installation.

Special Orders
Special order items will be charged in full at time of order. Open4home is not responsible for any and will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges or credits will be honored for any special order or custom-built items. It is the customer's responsibility, at the time of ordering a special order item, to obtain an estimated time of arrival.
Customized Accessories
Customized orders such as reducers, stair parts, nosings, etc, are non-refundable and non-returnable once tendered. Please check carefully if the products are damaged or defective and contact us for exchange, we will not be responsible for any damage or defective once the delivery slip is signed.
Door
Shipping Policy
Customer (Purchaser) is responsible for all shipping costs. The price-list does not include the shipping cost. Folding Door System/ multi-slide are packaged in parts, for example an 8ft x 8ft system that has 3 panel are packed frames in 1 package, panels are in 3 packages, and hardware in another package.
Window usually are packaged in a whole, handles may be installed or it may come in separate package depending on type of windows. Door and windows will be shipped to businesses with or without a loading dock, as well as residential (typically highest cost) and construction site. A person or two depending on the systems purchased are
required to be on site to handle, inspect and sign for the shipment. All destinations must be tractor trailer accessible. If there are any problems concerning the delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

Handling Fee: There will be a handling fee for shipping Freight.
Crate Fee: Crate Fee Applies for Freight if we need to make a Crate.
Damages: All shipments should be thoroughly inspected for damage by the purchaser or the purchaser’s designated recipient before shipment is accepted and signed for. The purchaser is responsible for all damage that occurs after acceptance of the shipment.
Claims for loss and damage: No claims considered unless made within 7 days after receipt of good.
Before signing for the shipment, please note any damage or missing items on the Bill of Lading (BOL) to the driver.
On the Bill of Lading (BOL), you will find carriers and claim information instruction. Open4Home will not be responsible for shipping charges for reordered items.

NOTE: Open4Home take photographs and/or video all shipment(s) before being shipped. If you’re filing shipping claim, Open4Home will cooperate and supply all documents needed.
Return Policy
All Stock Items can be return within 10 days of pick up/ delivery in resaleable condition
RESTOCKING FEE:
20% Restocking fee for unopened resaleable condition doors
RETURN:
Only on Inventory Stock Products (eg. Folding Door 8510 SERIES, Multi Slide SN135, Pivot Door)
Scratched, broken, used of with missing or replaced parts are not returnable.
Special Order, Custom Order, Built-to-Order, Made-to-order, Final Sale, Clearance Sales are not returnable.
Damaged in return shipping process due to lack of proper packaging and padding are not returnable.

In new, re-sellable condition; proper packaging and padding is responsibility of the customer.
In fully entirety: all parts, screws, hardware, etc. included. No missing parts.
Shipped with an Open4Home pre-approved Return Authorization (RA).
** We reserve the right to refuse full or partial refunds on purchases. If a returned item is received in unsellable condition, and has been deemed non-refundable, we can ship it back, if you wish, at your expense.
